This listing is for a rare piece of art made with carved dark wood and what looks like a spatula bone from a young cow or a bovine. The piece is ornate with rustic primitive scrimshaw work that includes geometric patterns and a Snake in a simple but stylized manner. The ethnographic sculpture or figurine seems to recreate tools in use for domestic activities but it is must probably an old vintage 70s souvenir. Full of character will be a delightful addition to a boho ethnic home decoration project.
