Rare antique pendant/brooch necklace. This unique Victorian pendant is made with 800 silver and features a hand painted portrait of virgin Mary as depicted on the Pieta. She has a finely painted etched quality. The beautiful oval filigree setting is marked "800". The piece is European from the early 1900's, probably made as a souvenir for religious tourists. The necklace is a vintage "Saturn" double chain, made in Italy with 925 sterling silver.  
In a very good vintage condition with some tarnish.
