Pretty and very elegant evening formal attire clutch purse made in Hong Kong by Fine Arts Bag. Dated to the 1950s-1960s. Features embroidered gold, pink and blue flowers and cream background, a brass chain strap and plastic molding kiss lock closure. It is lined and has one open pocket inside. Inside there is a tag that reads Hong Kong Fine Arts Bag. In a very good vintage condition with some scratches on the clasp.
